FAQ's
How much will it cost?
Every job is different and we will provide you with a detailed estimate relating to your specification
which includes the quantities of your materials required.
We understand that the cost of sampling is much more than the unit cost on the estimate. The total cost covers
the lifetime of your range and includes the cost of your materials, the yield we achieve from your materials,
the length of time for which your material is tied up and costs associated with delivery and handling all the
way through to your customers. We take action to control each element of these costs.
Can you offer new ideas and suggestions to improve our specification or reduce cost?
Yes, we will always look for ways to enhance the presentation and reduce cost. We can then offer you
different costings to choose from, backed up with mock-ups if appropriate.
How long will it take to provide our estimate?
We aim to turnaround all enquiries to detailed estimates within 3 working days.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, however enquiries under £3000 are rarely economical.
Can you advise me on the design and specification?
Of course! Call us and we’ll make an appointment to visit you and discuss all the options. Alternatively,
we always welcome visitors to our factory here in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire.
How long will the job take?
Typical jobs take 4 weeks to deliver, from receipt of all materials required and instructions including
print information. Major projects involving multiple ranges and long runs may take longer. Small quantities
of exhibition books are turned around in 1-2 weeks.
Does the turnaround time vary through the year?
If you want to receive your books or binders in January, February, March, August or September please
indicate your requirements in advance as this enables us to adjust our capacity and maintain leadtimes
through these seasonal peak periods.
