What is your normal
delivery time from receipt of fabric?
We have consciously
been improving our lead times over the years. We
would normally quote 4-5 weeks from receipt of all fabric and
details for a standard product,
however when you have urgent deliveries we will do our
very best to meet your requirements.
Do you have a minimum
order quantity or value?
Yes. We have a £2000
minimum order value. We will be pleased to ascertain exact
costs before any commitment is required and will always suggest
any cost saving alternatives.
We have a last minute
product introduction for next months trade show, can you produce
a sample quantity of books in time?
Yes, we can generally
produce a sample quantity of books for exhibition purposes
within 5 working days.
How do we send our
materials to you?
We operate our own
fleet of lorries and vans, and personally collect and deliver
throughout the UK. Transport outside the UK can also be arranged.
We wish to display
a new range of fabrics but are unsure about how to present
the layout and design, can you help?
We can send a Technical
Sales Executive to discuss your requirements and offer advice,
or if you prefer we would be happy for you to visit our factory.
In addition, we can also supply you with mock-ups
of various concepts to assist in the decision making process.
Can we see a sample
of our order before you go to full production?
On request, we will
produce a working prototype to show you physical size, design
and layout.
We produce pattern
swatches in-house but have a requirement for cases &
headings, can you supply?
Yes, we are happy
to produce any casework independently using our facilities
for machine casemaking, screen printing and foil blocking.
We also have a skilled casemaking team for more specialised
requirements and can also supply components and raw materials.
