Fabric Stock Management

Do you deal with multiple fabric suppliers – 4, 8, 10 or even more? Do you use these fabrics to make upholstered furniture, fabric swatches, marketing materials and in-store fabric sampling? Let Pike Textiles help.

Order Fulfilment

We can liaise with your fabric manufacturers directly. From advising on quantities of fabric to order, and placing the orders on your behalf, to receiving deliveries of fabric roll stock and dealing with any issues arising, keeping you in the loop throughout the process with our real-time reporting.

On receipt of fabrics at our premises, the rolls will be barcoded and entered on to a stock management system. We can stockhold your fabrics or distribute them onwards – either as full rolls, cut lengths, or as finished sampling products.

We can also stock manage your fabric cuttings – producing the swatches, applying your branded ID label, putting the cuttings into dedicated bays and fulfilling your orders from retail outlets and end consumers.

Our Stock Management Systems

We have a secure, purpose-designed warehouse, fully equipped for handling fabrics and wallpapers. Our knowledgeable staff are well-drilled in handling and storing all fabrics including delicate wide-width sheers and the fragile pile of velvets.

Our barcode management system and real-time reporting can keep you in control of your stocks while we manage everything in the background.
